We customized every One on One training program to meet your exact needs. We base our programming upon our extensive movement screens, flexibility, stability and strength assessments and continually update it as you progress.

Small Group Training

We invented Small Group Training six years ago when most fitness facilities didn’t even know what it the name meant because we saw a real need to provide clients with expert instruction not found in large group classes. It has evolved into one of our most popular services. If getting fit and challenging yourself in a supportive, challenging and communal atmosphere sounds great then SGT is what you should try. See our course selection below and if you don’t see something you need please inquire as it is constantly being updated and expanded.

Massage and Bodywork

Everyday Restorative Treatments Beyond your typical massage experience. Designed to ease your tension and sooth your senses, our treatments are also effective in addressing your body’s more complicated structural issues. As part of our mission to help you improve your health and well-being, The Everyday Athlete has gathered a team of specially trained and licensed massage therapists and bodyworkers. Each therapist has been chosen for his or her specific understanding of the body and its healing processes. All of our therapists have been trained in Swedish massage as well as specialized methods that can be blended with traditional Swedish techniques, or offered as separate treatments. Each treatment is its own experience.Escape to the relaxing natural environment of our treatment rooms and let our gifted team restore you. Inner calm is just around the corner.
